Just out of curiosity, I'm looking to obtain some new gear within the next 2 months, and I'm curious to see if anybody out there has any suggestions concerning reputable places to order gear...
Any suggestions?

I would say HighSpots, but I would be letting you get yourself ripped off Check Ebay. They actually have some nice gear.

Most gear that is truly designed for pro wrestling is expensive. I don't know about you, but I can't afford $200 for tights, $300 for boots, etc. I only make about $30 a match.
I try to use substitutions. Boxing boots are very similar to wrestling boots. You can get them for under $40 at titleboxing.com You could also get olympic style wrestling shoes.
I prefer athletic pants or my old teakwondo gear, but a lot of people think they look unprofessional. Dance/gymnastic tights are a cheap alternative to long wrestling tights. Speedo style swim suits are a good alternative to wrestling trunks. Bicycle shorts/pants also work, but a lot of them have padded crotches which I find uncomfortable. (Running tights are made out of material that is too thin in my opinion) Most sporting goods stores sell wrestling singlets for olympic style wrestling. Most of these are in solid colors, but if you can sew or know somebody that sews; you can get letters or patches put on.
I also wear short sleeved under armor style shirts.
I get my knee pads and elbow bands from sporting good stores.
Perhaps I look a little generic, but I can get a full set of the gear I need for about $90.

One of my friends that now wrestles in North Carolina bought some gear from Main Event, very nice stuff.
My gimmick,Vandall X,is a street punk so I wear a black singlet with some Jncos over it then my boots.Though I'm in the middle of designing my own gear and my mother is a seamstress and designs and makes costumes for myself and my best friend,so she will be making my new gear.I will post pics of the finished product for you all to see.
